In terms of pre-order, we take some advance payment from our buyers and urges 3-30 days to deliver the pre-ordered product. In some worse scenerio if we fail to deliver within the mention period, we will refund the advance payment within 3 working days.

Return Policy

Though it’s rare but If you get wrong product(s) by any chance, you can return the product simply. For that, you need to contact with us. If the product which has delivered to you by mistake remains sealed & intact, we will delivery the right product which have you ordered in exchange of wrong product. But the wrong product must have to be unopened. However, if you don’t like the smell, we will not accept return or refund. We encourage our buyers to take our available decant(s) first before purchasing full bottle to avoid such circumstances. However, in case of return, you should not tear the cellophane. Some products don’t come with cellophane, we know that. But if any product contains cellophane, you should not tear or open the box in any case (wrong product received scenario). All returns must be informed us by you within 24 hours (after you receive our products). We will bear the product return shipping charge.

Return Policy Requirements

  • Buyers should have to inform within 24 hours after receiving any wrong product instead of ordered product.
  • In case of Decants – people usually try decant for getting idea about a perfume, so no exchange if you don’t like the smell.
  • Wrong product must have to be Sealed / Unopened / Unsprayed.
  • Buyer will not get refund, he/she will get desired/ordered product within 3 working days.
  • We will bear shipping cost for the return/exchange procedure.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We do not refund or exchange for manufacturing error product.
